1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stubee School Management ERP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Provision of Service

Stubee provides cloud-based software for educational institutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with prior notice. We strive to maintain a 99% server uptime.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be a legally recognized educational institution to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator and staff passwords.
• You must ensure that the data uploaded (student info, fees) is accurate and complies with local laws.

4. Payments & Renewals

Services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., yearly). Access to the platform requires timely payment of subscription fees. Failure to renew may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stubee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not take responsibility for typographical errors made by school staff during data entry.
